Do I need to connect my email to get started?
Yes — FreightVox works by receiving your inbound freight emails. You can use our demo mode first (no signup needed) to see how AI handles real freight inquiries, then connect your inbox during onboarding.
What counts as an "AI-handled email"?
Each inbound email that FreightVox classifies and generates a draft response for counts as one. Emails you reject without sending don't count against your monthly limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the billing period close.
What if I go over my email limit?
We'll notify you before you hit the cap. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional email credits. We won't cut off processing mid-month without warning.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — the Free plan gives you 10 AI-handled emails per month with no credit card required. When you hit the cap, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to Starter ($99/mo) for 200 emails and remove the limit.
